How long does it take to make my order?

Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. For custom orders, we’ll confirm a timeline with you directly.

 How do I know what size to get?

Check out the Size Chart for detailed measurements if you need custom sizing please reach out via email or dm.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I ship worldwide! Shipping times and rates vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

Because items are handmade to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure of your sizing and order details before checking out.

Can I request a custom design/color?

Yes! Send me an email or Instagram dm and we’ll come up with an idea together.  

How do I care for my crochet item?

Care instructions:

• Hand wash or wash in washing machine on delicate setting  

• Air Dry to maintain softness

• Do NOT bleach
